About the Role

Murphy is building the commercial engine behind a rapidly growing AI platform for debt collection, already trusted by leading banks,



telcos and utilities across Europe and beyond.

We're looking for a BDR based in Barcelona who will help us create pipeline across multiple international markets. You'll work closely with our AEs and Revenue leadership to identify target accounts, engage senior decision-makers and turn outbound prospecting into qualified opportunities.

This isn't a high-volume BDR role where success is measured by how many calls you make. You'll be targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, researching companies properly, finding the right people and crafting relevant outreach that gets their attention.

You’ll work across different markets and cultures, so language ability and adaptability are a core part of the role. English is essential, and you'll be fluent in at least two of: Italian, Spanish, French or Arabic.
