This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving the adoption and growth of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups, SMBs, and digital-native businesses. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand and integrate advanced financial infrastructure products such as issuing, capital, and treasury solutions.
The role combines strategic sales ownership with deep product expertise, requiring you to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a competitive environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and refine product offerings based on real customer needs. Accountabilities:
- Drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion across a defined territory, focusing on BaaS products for startups, SMBs, and digital-native companies.
- Build and execute a proactive territory and outbound strategy to generate and qualify a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead high-level commercial and technical discussions with executive stakeholders across prospective and existing clients.
- Develop deep expertise in BaaS offerings (issuing, capital, treasury) and position solutions against competitive alternatives.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and technical teams to relay customer insights and influence product direction.
