Join the Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa team as a Front Office Intern Are you passionate about hospitality and dream of being part of a luxury hotel? At Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, we are looking for a Front Office Intern. Learn and develop your skills in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Main responsibilities: - Welcome guests, check them in and out, following the hotel's quality standards. - Handle customer requests and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.



- Assist in managing and updating reservations in the hotel management system (PMS). - Support incident resolution and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for guests. - Perform administrative tasks related to the front desk, such as managing correspondence and daily reports. - Student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields. - Advanced level of Spanish and English (other languages will be valued). - Communication skills, attention to detail, and customer focus. - Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and computer tools such as Excel. - Positive attitude, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
