We are looking for a Team Manager, IT Infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Manager leads the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Grifols IT infrastructure
platforms. Provides technical guidance and leadership to project teams and staff in evaluating infrastructure suitability, capabilities, and options. Develops and participates in processes supporting the development, implementation, monitoring,



and maintenance of software and/or hardware platforms to ensure infrastructure performance and availability. Actively investigates emerging methods and technologies and advises management in the development of IT infrastructure strategic and operational plans.

What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:
- Design of Data Centers, IT Rooms & IDFs.
- Implementation of infrastructures associated with critical environments such as Racks, UPS, PDU, ATS, structured cabling.
- Deployment of the DCIM platform at Grifols Sites.
- Build and enable a team who establish effective and trusting working relationships with all of their business and IT partners.
- Establish and manage effective working relationships with external service providers supporting areas of responsibility; supervises contractor teams.
- Contribute to planning the evolution of the enterprise architecture to ensure the alignment of future information technology concepts and capabilities with the client#s
