This role will lead the development and scaling of global marketing partnerships that directly contribute to business growth.
You’ll own initiatives from partner strategy and opportunity identification through activation, measurement, and optimization.
Working at the intersection of growth marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, you’ll create programs that expand reach and generate measurable commercial impact.
You’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Brand, Legal, Finance, and Data in a highly distributed environment.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can turn ideas into campaigns and campaigns into learnings.
You’ll help establish scalable partnership processes and contribute to the evolution of the broader partnerships function.

Accountabilities
Develop and execute a integral partnerships growth marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives and priority markets.
Identify, assess, and prioritize partnership opportunities across co-marketing, affiliate and channel programs, ecosystems, platforms, loyalty programs, and travel collaborations.
Own partner go-to-market planning, including joint value propositions, campaign concepts, launch plans, distribution strategies, and success metrics.
Lead partner campaigns end to end across owned, paid, partner, and relevant PR or communications channels.
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, tracking metrics such as incremental revenue, customer acquisition efficiency, conversion, activation, engagement, and retention.
