Thanks to our growth, we are looking for a REAL ESTATE AGENT to join the amazing Dils Lucas Fox team in Maresme, based in our office in Alella.

Main responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of Maresme and its prime residential areas in order to source and list properties for sale in target locations.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop a strong network of property owners across the area.
Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring proactive communication with buyers and sellers.
Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through negotiation, completion and post-completion of sales transactions.
