This is a hybrid position , combining office-based and remote work.

The adecuado candidate will be a confident French speaker with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in developing long‑term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with French-speaking clients and customers.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.





Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Follow up with clients regarding requests, issues, and ongoing activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Monitor account performance and work towards individual and team targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in internal systems.

Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Identify potential upselling or cross‑selling opportunities where appropriate.

Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements Fluent/native‑level French – C1/C2 level.

Good command of English for communication in an international working environment.

Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a similar role is an advantage.
