You will play a critical role in finding, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, and other technical teams. You will help shape hiring strategies, build high-quality pipelines, represent Biorce to brilliant candidates, and play a key role in scaling the teams behind our AI‐powered healthtech platform.




You have proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, Product Engineering, or similar areas.
Partner directly with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape effective search strategies.
End‐to‐end recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and other technical domains.
Identify, approach, and engage high‐quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach.
