As an R&D; Software Operating Manager , you will lead the software engineering activities providing Connectivity applications and components for Keysight products and industry solutions. The role includes managing a team of software engineers and the processes of producing and supporting software products.

Lead and manage software engineering teams responsible for Keysight IO Libraries and related Connectivity components.




Drive project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle
Oversee DevOps and Quality practices and modernization, without direct line reporting, to improve efficiency, quality and product security compliance.
Support long-term platform strategy by aligning software capabilities with future architecture and system integration needs.
Develop team capability through mentoring, resource planning, and effective workload management across multiple strategic initiatives and various R&D; partners.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
~7+ years of experience in relevant software development.
~ Experience leading R&D; efforts in complex system such as test & measurement or similar hardware-intensive environments.
