Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels.
- Ensure an immersive and positive customer experience that aligns with the high standards of the Gaming & Esports sector.
- Troubleshoot in-game technical issues, payment queries,



and account security matters for Italian-speaking users.
- Act as a brand ambassador for high-profile gaming titles, maintaining deep knowledge of game mechanics and updates.
- Escalate critical technical bugs to development teams to ensure seamless gameplay for the global community.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the Gaming & Esports vertical.
- Drive player satisfaction scores by delivering prompt, empathetic, and expert solutions in Italian.
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
