Key Responsibilities
- Managing backend administrative requests for a general portfolio of Gaming & Esports enthusiasts.
- Ensuring compliance and security protocols are met within all gaming transactions and player account activities.




- Providing high-level Italian language support for complex account inquiries and document verification processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor platform integrity and enhance the overall gaming experience.
- Analyzing technical system data to resolve account-related disputes or payout queries efficiently.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and gaming regulations to provide accurate, professional assistance.
