Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve supply chain bottlenecks for our Dutch-speaking clientele.
- Coordinate between warehouse operations and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.




- Proactively monitor shipment statuses to prevent supply chain disruptions and provide accurate updates to customers.
- Maintain high levels of service standards within the fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.
- Handle complex delivery complaints with professional efficiency, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes and enhance logistical accuracy.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
