About the role
As our Customer team grows in size and complexity, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer to support our customers by removing technical friction, solving complex integration challenges,



and building end-to-end solutions that help them get the most value out of Landbot . This is a highly hybrid role - we are looking for someone who combines strong customer-facing and communication skills with a genuine technical background. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Product, and Engineering, working closely with the Customer team and technical stakeholders to make sure our customers succeed with reliable, well-built, and scalable solutions. Expect a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same: one day you may be scoping and quoting hours for an end-to-end solution, the next you are troubleshooting a complex API issue, building a custom integration, or writing JavaScript to customize a bot experience. If you are equally comfortable in a customer call and a code editor, this role was made for you.
