Your work will help organizations translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions that deliver measurable business value.
You will act as a trusted product partner, balancing customer needs with maintainability, technical feasibility, and established best practices.
Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, you will translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

Accountabilities
Act as the primary product contact for customers throughout onboarding, implementation, customization, rollout, and adoption.
Guide customers toward recommended workflows, processes, and best practices while helping them maximize the value of the products they implement.
Lead discovery workshops to understand customer processes, operational challenges, business objectives, and technical environments.
Gather, challenge, refine, and validate business and technical requirements to ensure they are complete, actionable, and scalable.
Identify opportunities to address customer needs using existing product capabilities before recommending custom development or customization.
Define solution approaches, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria based on validated customer requirements.
