- Maintain clear and professional communication with French-speaking clients across all platforms.

- Report and document platform feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).

- Ability to thrive in an on-site professional environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
