We are looking for a Finance Business Partner Iberia (Business Navigator) to play a key role in driving business performance and identifying growth opportunities across the Iberian market.
This is a highly cross-functional position combining financial expertise, commercial acumen, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



You will work closely with different areas of the business to understand performance, identify opportunities and risks, and turn data and analysis into concrete actions and business decisions.
The role offers broad exposure to the Iberian business and close collaboration with both local teams and various stakeholders at European level.
The position is based at our Head Office in Alcobendas (Madrid).Your responsibilities
Supporting the Iberian market,

Develop Country Improvement Strategies

Develop and implement performance improvement strategies for the Iberian market and individual stores.
Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improvement, and translate insights into concrete action plans.
Balance local market needs with the broader European strategy.

Drive Real Estate Decisions

Support store portfolio decisions, including openings, closures, extension
