Key Responsibilities

- Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high professional standards.
- Offer expert travel advice and vehicle recommendations to enhance the client’s vacation or business trip experience.




- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements and client preferences to ensure repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes that reflect the quality of the tourism brand.
- Coordinate with local agencies to ensure vehicle availability and client satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clientele navigating international tourism logistics.
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Prior experience in tourism, car rentals, or customer service is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering premium hospitality.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Danish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria.
