We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a French Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria, dedicated to helping users achieve their personal health and fitness milestones. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking users regarding their Fitbit devices and applications.
- Assist customers in navigating their health metrics, including heart rate tracking, sleep analysis, and activity logs.
- Troubleshoot sync issues and hardware connectivity problems to ensure a seamless fitness journey for our clients.
- Educate users on how to maximize the features of their wellness hardware to reach their personal health goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions while adhering to the highest quality standards of the Fitness & Wellness industry.
- Collaborate with international teams to share feedback and improve the overall consumer experience.
- Promote a culture of health and wellness through professional, empathetic communication.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- A genuine passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and wearable technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
