We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid , supporting operations across Spain & Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding daily order processing and supply-related inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key customers, internal teams, and external partners.




- Manage customer contracts, queries, and agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate service delivery to meet both customer expectations and Tata Steel standards.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to meet agreed customer service levels.
- Manage customer call-offs and shipment schedules; support Just-In-Time (JIT) stock operations when required.
