Position Summary Based in Barcelona, you will act as a Google Ads strategic consultant for expanding companies in the Netherlands. You will drive portfolio success by managing onboarding, deepening ad tool adoption, preventing client churn, and driving measurable revenue results.

Primary Duties

Onboarding & Discovery: Lead discovery sessions for incoming corporate accounts to build customized digital marketing plans.
Proactive Engagement: Conduct consultative calls with business executives to introduce ad features tailored to their goals.
Campaign Building: Construct and continuously optimize ad campaigns by testing copy, keyword groups, and bidding strategies.
Data Interpretation: Review performance dashboard metrics to deliver recommendations that maximize return on ad spend.
CRM Hygiene:



Track daily client activities and update deal statuses in CRM systems.
Market Context: Provide updates on Dutch commercial trends to inform localized client strategy.

Applicant Profile

Language Skills: Fluent C1/C2 Dutch capability alongside clear written and spoken English.
Background: Experience in client management, account executive roles, or digital marketing support.
Market Familiarity: Knowledge of Dutch commercial standards, purchasing trends, and GDPR requirements.
