- Independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the Axpo Group from setup and structuring through successful delivery
- Lead key workstreams within large, group-wide transformation and strategy projects
- Support internal stakeholders in identifying project opportunities and delivering business-critical initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous development of the project management organisation and methodologies
- Strengthen collaboration and networking across the Group, linking Madrid with other Axpo locations
- Drive strategically relevant projects including post-merger integrations, business model transformations and group-wide change programmes

Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or natural sciences
- At least 7 years of experience in project management and workshop facilitation
- Experience preferably at a top-tier consulting firm




- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-divisional projects or leading major project streams
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and structured mindset
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Confidence using AI-supported and digital tools
- Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is essential
- German is an advantage
- Ability to travel flexibly to Baden, Switzerland and other international Axpo sites as project needs require
