Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end product discovery initiatives, identifying customer problems,



validating assumptions, and determining product-market fit through rapid experimentation.
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and behavioral analysis to uncover opportunities within hospitality operations, guest experiences, and revenue growth.
- Design and test MVPs, prototypes, and product concepts, using data and customer feedback to guide product direction and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to translate insights into innovative product solutions and scalable features.
- Explore the capabilities and limitations of large language models and AI-driven systems, identifying opportunities to create trusted and effective autonomous experiences.
