About the role: Dedication : Full-time Location : Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona) Project's Lenght : Temporary Work model : Flexible, combining f2f work with teleworking Main Responsibilities: Reporting to our Event Team Lead and Event Director, and working closely with the internal and client teams, some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new (sustainable)



suppliers for different event needs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery
- Oversee event budgets, reporting and performance tracking
- Prepare key documentation, timelines and operational plans for each event
- Lead onsite event delivery for a number of events across EMEA
- Maintain regular client communication (meetings, follow-up calls and reporting)
- Propose innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences
- Participate in daily coordination with the international Project Team
- Contribute to weekly planning and alignment meetings with the Events Team Background &

Skills:
- 3+ years of previous experience in event management
- Experience working with project management tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (oral
