Are you comfortable investigating technical issues and working closely with business stakeholders?
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to take ownership of incidents affecting a B2B platform and its connected systems. This is not a traditional help desk role: you will investigate what happened, identify where the process failed and coordinate the right teams until the issue is fully resolved.

Your role
- Own incidents end to end , from initial analysis through resolution and final validation.
- Investigate issues using SQL queries, logs and test environments .
- Trace data and order flows between Salesforce and SAP to locate failures.
- Perform basic checks in SAP related to orders, products, pricing and integration status.
- Reproduce errors and provide development teams with clear evidence when escalation is required.
- Coordinate with business, sales and technical teams , communicating progress, blockers and expected resolution times.
- Carry out functional testing to confirm that implemented fixes work correctly.




- Identify patterns and perform preventive checks to help improve the overall health of the platform.

What we are looking for
- Experience in application support, production support or technical-functional support .
- Practical knowledge of SQL for data investigation and validation.
- Experience with incident management, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis .
- Ability to read logs and understand APIs, integrations and data flows .
- Experience working with Salesforce at user or support level.
- Basic familiarity with SAP . You do not need to be an SAP consultant.
- Ability to read and understand programming logic. Exposure to Apex or JavaScript is valuable.
- Strong English (C1+) and Spanish communication skills.
