Empower clients with actionable insights, training, and best practices to help them become self-sufficient and achieve their goals.
Deliver end-to-end account management : handle support, service, and strategic reviews to continuously align our solutions with their evolving needs.
Champion client success :



report directly to the Head of Customer Success, providing data-driven feedback to shape our product and service offerings.

3+ years managing accounts in tech, ideally in the French market. French at native level is non-negotiable (you'll be working 100% in French) . Strong English is essential. Speak Spanish too? You know Hubspot and/or have used a CRM daily.

You don't just react, you anticipate . You're organized , autonomous , and agile enough to pivot when needed. You learn fast, embrace tech without hesitation, and genuinely care about driving company growth .
