We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented and data-driven B2 B Customer Success Representative to manage a portfolio of dealers in german speaker countries. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence and strong commercial relationships. The main tasks of the position are: The B2 B Customer Success Representative will manage a portfolio of dealers, ensuring smooth order execution, strong relationships and high service levels. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service




Act as the main point of contact for operational and service-related topics Order Management & Operations
Perform order entry in SAP (ERP system)
Manage proforma processes Data & Reporting
Prepare and maintain customer order databases
Analyze data and performance indicators to support decision-making
Provide reporting on key KPIs and service levels
Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales teams to support dealer performance and satisfaction
Fluent German and English (mandatory)
Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Operations (Retail, FMCG, Fashion or Sports industry preferred)
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Excel
Strong data orientation and analytical skills
Strong customer service mindset
