We are looking for a senior professional with a strong background in
Data Migration, Data Architecture, and ERP transformations , capable of leading end-to-end migration initiatives across global programs and complex enterprise environments.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
7+ years of experience
in Data Migration, Data Architecture, or related roles.
Strong experience leading
enterprise-wide data migration initiatives .
Solid knowledge of
Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management .
Experience working with
ERP platforms , ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or Oracle Fusion.
Expertise in
data mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation processes, and migration validation activities .




Experience with
cloud-based ETL solutions , preferably AWS.
Familiarity with testing methodologies, cutover planning, and go-live support activities.
Fluent
English
(written and spoken).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international environments.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Define and lead end-to-end
data migration strategies
across integral transformation programs.
Design migration architectures, frameworks, governance models, and technical standards.
Lead data discovery, profiling, assessment, cleansing, and source-to-target mapping activities.
Ensure alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and migration solutions.
Review and approve migration designs, transformation logic, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
Coordinate migration waves, cutover planning, roll
