Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day corporate legal matters of the Group’s Spanish companies, including annual accounts, powers of attorney,



appointment and removal of directors and amendments to the articles of association. * Provide ongoing corporate and legal support in relation to the Group’s SOCIMIs, including compliance with their specific corporate and legal requirements and coordination of the relevant corporate formalities * Draft and review service agreements, construction and works contracts and other agreements arising from the day-to-day operation of the shopping centres. * Manage KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) processes for the relevant companies, including the collection and review of documentation from counterparties. * Provide legal support in connection with the Communities of Owners of the shopping centres, including matters relating to owners’ meetings and associated documentation. * Coordinate corporate and other legal formalities, including notarial and Commercial Registry matters and other required filings. * Maintain and organize the corporate r
