Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level assistance to users navigating complex cybersecurity software and security protocols

- Collaborate with internal cybersecurity teams to document and escalate high-priority security incidents

- Stay updated on the latest digital security trends and vulnerabilities to provide accurate, industry-relevant guidance

Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical security concepts
- Proven customer service experience is an asset for these Czech-speaking jobs
