As a Construction (BOP) Procurement specialist at EDP, you will manage purchases of the CAPEX services, Engineering service/contracts, civil and electrical works (BOP), Wind & Solar equipment/EPC and other technical services for EDP. Involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, you will contribute to commercial aspects of development, engineering, quality, HS&E;, construction, installation, commissioning, O&M; (civil), etc., and carry out the purchasing-contracting cycle according to the guidelines of EDP Procurement Department and the EDP Group Purchasing Policy.





You will be giving support to other areas of the company with the aim of achieving the most favorable conditions in ensuring the delivery of all products and services required for the different phases of the project. Additionally, you will also be delivering the target savings complying with the required quality and production due dates are delivered, and work to bundling services in different years and geographies in global Frame agreement.

What will you do:

Managing the relation with stakeholders to organize their portfolio of next projects to be build and consequently to be part of the procurement processes of the department.
Leading the RFPs for the different countries of the Europe platform.
Market scouting and market intelligence monitoring raw materials, products and services which impacts directly in the procurement processes
Deliver high level cost savings through negotiation and realization of cost reduction projects.
