Role Summary & Key Responsibilities As an SDR in our Madrid headquarters, you will directly accelerate revenue expansion by building a qualified sales pipeline and setting high-value meetings across your assigned market.

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Conduct 60–70 cold calls daily to key stakeholders at target companies across the region.
Research, map, and contact potential SMB and mid-market accounts.




Uncover client pain points and demonstrate how our search tools address their requirements.
Qualify sales leads and schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies combining phone calls, targeted emails, and personalized LinkedIn touchpoints.

Requirements

Core Qualifications:
Hands-on background in B2B cold calling and outbound prospect generation.
Proven history of hitting or exceeding daily call targets and meeting quotas.
High resilience, active listening skills, and confidence handling phone objections.
Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous background in SaaS, particularly within e-commerce, search software, or digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with fast-paced startup or high-volume sales environments.
