About The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded lawyer to join our global Legal and Compliance team as Legal Business Partner for EMEA. You will work closely with our commercial, partnerships, and operations teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, providing practical legal support that enables the business to move forward with confidence.
At Yuno, Legal and Compliance operate as business partners, and you will count on the support and playbooks of the global team. The role is remote and can be based anywhere in the region.
Your contribution will be
Business partnering: Serve as the primary legal counterpart for the EMEA commercial, partnerships, and operations teams, providing pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
Contract negotiation and drafting: Negotiate and draft merchant, partner, and vendor agreements across the region, applying and helping improve our general contracting playbooks.
Regulatory support: Advise the business on payments regulation and data protection across the region, in coordination with the global Legal and Compliance team, and help maintain Yuno’s positioning as a technology orchestration layer that does not hold funds.
Corporate and entity support: Support the corporate maintenance of Yuno’s ent
