Our mission is to decode and modulate neural networks to improve people's livesAs a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, executing and transferring semiconductor and microfabrication processes into repeatable manufacturing. The engineer will support process development, equipment activities, troubleshooting, documentation and continuous improvement across several development and manufacturing programs.This position will be office-based in Bellaterra and Barcelona and from 2027 in Barcelona city only.Development-to-Production Transfer: Support the transfer of prototype designs and processes into controlled and repeatable manufacturing, with a focus on yield improvement, process robustness, design optimization and manufacturing readiness. This includes creating and refining Bills of Materials, Bills of Process, equipment specifications, manufacturing recipes,



testing protocols and work instructions.Execute cleanroom and laboratory activities, including wafer processing, sample preparation, inspection, characterization and data collection.Plan and execute experiments and DOEs to establish process windows, improve yield and reduce process variability.Support equipment selection, installation, qualification, process bring-up and tool acceptance.Coordinate technical activities with external foundries, equipment suppliers, material suppliers and characterization laboratories.Apply process-control and risk-management methods, including SPC, FMEA and root-cause analysis, to improve process stability and manufacturing readiness.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction, manufacturing scale-up and continuous improvement.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistr
