Position Summary As a strategic Google Ads consultant based in Barcelona, you will serve as a growth partner for expanding Dutch companies. In this client-facing role, you will lead account success end-to-end—delivering onboarding experiences, deepening ad adoption, maintaining retention, and driving account revenue.
Primary Duties
Onboarding & Discovery: Deliver onboarding for new corporate clients, designing tailored ad roadmaps aligned with commercial goals.
Executive Outreach: Engage C-level decision-makers to align business targets with Google Ads products.
Campaign Building: Construct, test, and optimize advertising campaigns, fine-tuning copy, bidding strategies, and target groups.
Data Analysis:



Review account analytics to uncover actionable insights that improve client ROI and campaign efficiency.
CRM Tracking: Record daily touchpoints and sales pipelines inside CRM management software.
Market Context: Gather localized Dutch trends to refine regional strategy and product positioning.
Applicant Profile
Languages: Fluent Dutch (C1–C2) with clear written and spoken English.
Experience: Background in account management, B2B sales, digital strategy, or CRM management systems.
Market Awareness: Familiarity with Dutch business culture, regional trends, and GDPR requirements.
Core Competencies: Consultative communication style, data analysis skills, and comfort using modern workplace technology.
