What are
we looking for
?
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience within an international environment, with a strong HR generalist background.
- Previous experience working in high-volume and fast-growing environments is highly valued.




- Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level in both languages).

Mission of the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations across the business.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, employment contracts, employee records, Social Security registrations, and coordination with payroll providers.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Partner with external benefits providers and support ongoing benefits initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.
- Support recruitment and selection processes when required.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support business growth and employee engagement initiatives.
