Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service for a major global telecommunications provider
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries regarding network connectivity, mobile devices, and telecommunications services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions




- Update customer records accurately within our state-of-the-art CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex telecommunications technical issues
- Stay updated on the latest telecommunications products and service offerings
- Contribute to team targets and KPIs as a key member of our Czech Speaking Customer Experts for a Top Tech Leader position in Greece

Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece
- Previous experience in customer service or the telecommunications industry is considered an asset
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while contributing to team success in Greece
