Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and moderate diverse content streams on major social media platforms to ensure user safety and community guideline adherence
- Utilize advanced GenAI tools to identify, categorize, and mitigate potentially harmful or policy-violating digital content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI-driven safety algorithms and moderation workflows




- Provide high-quality linguistic insights to improve the cultural and contextual accuracy of automated moderation systems
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency while managing a complex volume of daily content inquiries
- Stay updated on emerging trends within the social media industry to anticipate and address new safety challenges
- Participate in regular team briefings to align on general policies and best practices for digital trust

Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move to our operations hub in Athens
- Strong passion for the social media industry and an interest in the evolving field of Artificial Intelligence
