Position Summary Drive digital expansion for Dutch corporate clients as a Barcelona-based Google Ads specialist. You will manage customer relationships end-to-end—delivering structured onboarding, encouraging ad tool adoption, minimizing client churn, and driving campaign revenue.
Primary Duties
Client Onboarding: Design personalized digital ad plans for incoming corporate clients following structured business discovery.
Stakeholder Management: Consult with C-level executives and marketing managers to match ad products with commercial goals.
Campaign Management: Launch and continuously refine PPC ad campaigns, testing keywords, ad creative, and bidding models.
Metric Review: Evaluate analytical reports to optimize campaign performance, client ROAS, and overall returns.




CRM Documentation: Log client touchpoints and track deal pipelines inside the CRM system.
Regional Trends: Gather Dutch consumer data to refine campaign strategies and product positioning.
Applicant Profile
Language Skills: Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent English communication capabilities.
Work Experience: Experience in client-facing account management, sales, or digital strategy roles.
Market Context: Knowledge of Dutch business norms, consumer behavior, and GDPR requirements.
