ABOUT MAFER
Mafer is building the AI infrastructure through which consumer products will be researched, formulated and brought to market.
We work with R&D; teams across food, fragrances, cosmetics, personal care and specialty chemicals, turning fragmented scientific data into systems that accelerate formulation, analysis and regulatory work.

THE ROLE
We are looking for someone to own the commercial process end to end: identifying opportunities, understanding technical workflows, structuring pilots, building proposals, negotiating and closing.
You will be supported by SDRs and work closely with our scientists and engineers, but you will own the full cycle.

You will sell deals of every size, from focused deployments with family-owned manufacturers that have shaped their industries for decades to strategic programs with some of the world’s largest companies and best-known consumer brands.
This is a founding role. You will close the first deals yourself, shape our business model, build the commercial playbook and help attract the team that comes next.



Your goal is to become one of Mafer’s main growth engines.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who can:
Sell, persuade and build trust with senior stakeholders.
Understand technical processes and explain them clearly.
Structure and drive complex projects involving multiple teams.
Move comfortably between small, fast deals and large strategic accounts.
Turn customer conversations into decisions about product, pricing and positioning.
Experience in B2B sales is valuable, but there is no single idóneo background. You may come from enterprise sales, consulting, a technical role or another demanding client-facing environment.

What matters is your ability to learn quickly, take ownership and close.
