Compensation: €26,000 Gross Base Salary + €4,000 Performance Bonus (Up to €30,000 OTE)
Role Overview Step into a high-impact position in Barcelona focused on Google Ads optimization for the German commercial sector. Designed specifically for individuals adept at navigating business culture in Germany, this role casts you as an expert digital growth advisor. In this position, you will oversee a book of high-potential commercial clients, including emerging tech innovators. Your main mandate is to build strong corporate rapport, drive ad product adoption, maximize client retention, and discover expansion channels across your account list.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Serve as the main advisor for welcoming new accounts and designing customized PPC advertising blueprints.
Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct regular, phone-based consultative sessions to keep clients educated, engaged,



and growing.
Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Uncover critical client objectives to deliver immediate, impactful advertising structures suited for scale.
CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM record of all client engagements, notes, and strategy adjustments.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign KPIs and share actionable data insights and optimizations directly with clients.
Funnel & Content Integration: Guide clients on integrating Google Ads across the full buyer journey, from landing pages to audience segments.
Market Feedback Loop: Share market developments, client feedback, and competitive trends from Germany with internal product teams.
