We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international company for a Advisor I, Technical Support - Bilingual role in Barcelona, Malaga.

This role is a good fit for candidates who enjoy solving technical problems and explaining solutions clearly to non-technical customers.

Key responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting
Document resolutions clearly for internal knowledge bases
Escalate complex cases to the relevant technical teams

What we're looking for:

Fluent Danish, with strong English communication skills
Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship, valid work permit, or equivalent)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
