As Area Market Manager, you own the commercial performance of a group of markets within the Accommodation team, leading Market Managers and Specialists to grow and retain hotel accounts. You’ll drive area-level plans, negotiate with strategic partners, and embed AI-driven practices to optimize inventory, pricing, and promotions. This role sits at the crossroads of account management, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to support global growth and a superior customer experience.

You will shape strategies, mentor your team, and partner with Inventory and other stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Own KPIs for assigned markets and manage recovery plans for off-track accounts
- Ensure content, rates, and availability are competitive; secure inventory and promotions for high-demand periods
- Translate account management strategy into quarterly area plans; align with overall area targets
- Lead, coach, and develop Market Managers and Market Specialists; conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and onboarding




- Foster senior relationships with strategic accounts; escalate complex negotiations
- Collaborate on cross-area initiatives and feed market insights back to Inventory
- Embed AI into team processes; sponsor high-value AI use cases and coach responsible usage
- Support Head of Account Management on wider business initiatives and projects

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience in account management or sales in the hotel industry (must) with at least 5 years in a commercial role
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of building trusted xugodme relationships with key hotel partners
- Experience leading a commercial team with objective-setting and performance management
- Full English proficiency (must); additional European language preferred
- CRM tools experience; Salesforce a plus; knowledge of channel managers
