As an Account Manager in Glovo’s Regions team, you will be the key partner for top restaurant partners across assigned cities, shaping growth strategies in growth, promotions, advertising and operations. You’ll cultivate close partner relationships, guide growth journeys and drive actions to meet company OKRs. You will plan and execute growth initiatives, optimize visibility and revenue, and improve partner operations to deliver excellent customer service.

This role offers the chance to influence partner success at scale and contribute to Glovo’s regional expansion and performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with top partners; conduct partner meetings and business reviews
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, generate reports, and take actions to achieve goals/OKRs
- Develop and execute growth plans through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance improvements




- Improve Glovo visibility with marketing kits and merchandising for partners
- Increase revenue via commission renegotiation and asset sales
- Address churned/inactive partners with action plans
- Enhance partner operational efficiency to ensure best service to customers

Responsabilidades

- Minimum of 1 year in high-performance environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms, or top tech companies)
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, xugodme Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
- Computer literacy: Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel
- Native Spanish and English
- Strong commercial mindset with customer obsession and persuasive communication
