As an Agentic Customer Success Manager at Qlik, you help drive retention and product adoption across a large customer portfolio. You’ll deploy automated, data-driven engagement programs to keep customers healthy and growing at scale. This role sits at the intersection of data, AI, and customer experience, enabling you to shape a scalable success model and improve outcomes for diverse customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced, technology-led environment with clear progression paths.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Manage a large portfolio of customers, driving retention, renewals, and expansion through scalable, automated engagement programs
- Analyze customer data and health signals to identify trends and at-risk accounts; design targeted interventions to boost engagement and reduce churn
- Build and deliver scalable digital programs (onboarding journeys, educational content, webinars, automated touchpoints)




- Help customers increase adoption and value from Qlik’s cloud and client-managed products
- Measure program effectiveness and refine engagement strategy to improve outcomes at scale

Responsabilidades

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role
- Working knowledge of SaaS products and comfort navigating data and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently xugodme in a fast-paced environment and build relationships across a large portfolio
- Experience with Qlik products or comparable BI/analytics platforms is advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
