In this role, you will lead AI-first engineering initiatives to design, validate, and deliver intelligent, production-ready platforms for Allianz BMP Finance. You collaborate with architects, product owners, and business experts to translate processes into precise specifications used by AI agents. You’ll build end-to-end solutions across backend and frontend, iterating to improve accuracy and impact while contributing to enterprise-scale finance transformation.

- Co-lead discovery sessions with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into solution criteria
- Apply Spec-Driven Development to drive agent-generated, production-ready solutions
- Create end-to-end designs with clear specifications (domain models, contracts, data schemas, decision logic)
- Deliver backend and frontend components driven by unified specs produced with AI agents
- Iterate on prompts, tools, and guardrails, using metrics and feedback to improve agents
- Write high-quality,



testable specifications and code in collaboration with AI agents
- Participate in reviews, testing, demos, and feasibility estimation for new developments

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or similar
- Hands-on AI experience (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering)
- Experience with Spec-Driven / Contract-First Development (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema, protobuf)
- Cloud expertise (Azure, AWS, or OCI) with CI/CD, containers, xugodme automation, observability
- Understanding of software architecture (API-First, Hexagonal, Event-Driven with Kafka)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent English communication in agile, cross-functional teams
