In this role you design and optimize operations for Secret Media Network, driving efficiency and scalability across regions. You will build repeatable workflows, automate manual tasks with AI tools, and partner with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Local teams to align ops with business needs, while tracking KPIs to guide improvements.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape operations in a fast-paced digital entertainment ecosystem.

- Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across SMN
- Identify inefficiencies and translate them into scalable processes
- Standardize ways of working across regions (NA, Europe, APAC, Latam)
- Identify opportunities to automate with AI tools and internal systems
- Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to deploy scalable solutions
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations




- Define and track KPIs related to efficiency and quality
- Use data to drive decision-making and performance improvements

Responsabilidades

- Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
- 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media/marketing operations, or production management
- Strong process design, optimization, and workflow automation experience
- Comfortable with data and KPI definition
- Hands-on mindset with rapid strategy-to-execution ability
- xugodme Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) a strong plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and leveraging them for efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
