What will you do?

Recepción y revisión exhaustiva del expediente procedente de los MICE Sales Executive. Coordinar todos los detalles operacionales del grupo (audios, montajes, menús, alergias, material, servicios…).
Contratar y coordinar con empresas externas todos aquellos servicios necesarios para la realización del evento no disponibles en el Hotel .
Mantener actualizados los sistemas de reservas (habitaciones y salas) en función de las modificaciones solicitadas.
Revisión de los términos contractuales según cambios y cancelaciones.
Hacer el seguimiento de los pagos pendientes y optimizar servicios y montajes según las necesidad
