WeRide is looking for safety-focused drivers to support our autonomous vehicle operations in Madrid.

What you will do

Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during road testing and daily operations.

Take control of the vehicle when required and follow all safety procedures.

Complete basic vehicle inspections, preparation, cleaning and EV charging.

Report road conditions, incidents and abnormal situations clearly.

Support vehicle testing, demonstrations and other on-site operational activities.

Requirements

Valid

EU-issued Category B driving licence held for at least 3 years

.

Legal right to work in Spain.

Safe driving record with no major accidents or serious violations in the last 3 years.





Comfortable working fixed shifts, weekends and in a safety-focused environment.

Responsible, attentive and able to follow instructions carefully. xugodme

Professional driving experience in

VTC, taxi, private driving, delivery, logistics, fleet operations or vehicle testing is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

€1,900 gross per month

22 working days of annual leave

5 working days + 2 days off per week

Fixed morning or afternoon shift after assignment

Approximately 2 weeks of paid operational training

Employment contract signed from the first day of training

Hands-on experience in the autonomous driving industry

Current shifts

Morning: 07:00–14:30

Afternoon: 13:30–21:00
