Job Description:

The WW Transactional Business Operations Manager, role is part of the HPE Networking WW Transactional Sales team.
You will join an international (virtual)



team and have the opportunity to engage with both the regional sales teams across the world and global functions (Sales operations, supply chain, finance, marketing, product management...).
In charge of Business Operations for the WW team, you will own the planning & operations and support the team with the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Owns, tracks and report business and operational metrics versus predetermined goals/ benchmarks.
- Is the interface of the business with all other functions like Sales Operations, Channel Sales, Supply chain, Pricing Operations, Sales compensation, Finance, Marketing etc.
- Represents the transactional business in the Readiness annual process including coverage/productivity guidance/KPIs and sales priorities.
- Supports leadership with the strategic planning and owns the execution of operations and planning, goals, and priorities for the business segment.
