As a Business Analyst at Factorial, you’ll support the SDR leadership across five European markets by driving forecasting, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional execution. You’ll shape KPIs, dashboards, and capacity planning to optimize performance and coverage. Collaborating with Marketing, Demand Gen, and Operations, you’ll lead cross-market initiatives that raise SDR productivity.

This role is the operational backbone enabling scalable growth and process excellence within a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades

- 3-5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience operating across multiple countries or markets
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot) xugodme
- Proven cross-functional influence without formal authority
- Self-directed and able to drive projects in ambiguity
- English mandatory; additional EU language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German) a plus
